Our Commitment
At Kídnor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our business (products shipped directly from international suppliers), we have specific return and refund guidelines.
What We Accept for Returns:
We accept returns ONLY for:
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong items received (different from your order)
- Products that don't match the description
If the return is due to a change of mind (buyer's remorse), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Return Period: 14 days from delivery date (14 days for EU customers under cooling-off period rights)

- Full refund to your original payment method, OR
- Free replacement product shipped at no additional cost

No physical return required for defective items
- We will process your refund after photo verification
- Size/color exchanges: Due to international shipping costs, we cannot accept returns for size or color changes. Please check product measurements carefully before ordering
- Return shipping costs: If physical return is required, customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Non-returnable items: Personalized products, intimate apparel, sale items, gift cards
Refund Timeline:
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 additional business days for your bank to process the refund
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Inspect your order immediately upon delivery
- Contact us within 7 days with photos
- We will provide a full refund or replacement without requiring physical return
EU Customers - 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. However, due to international return shipping costs (€50-150), we recommend contacting us first to discuss the best solution.
